MY STORY & WHY I DO THIS

I didn’t start in nutrition.

I started in law.

But what I saw — in families, in children, in adults trying to “do everything right” — was this:

We are overfed and undernourished.

Sugar and processed foods quietly affect our energy, mood, focus, and long-term health. And most people blame themselves instead of understanding what their body is truly asking for.

So I dedicated my work to something simple and powerful:

Returning to real, single-ingredient foods.

Not as a diet.

But as a foundation.

Because when your body receives what it recognizes, healing begins.
